  What is a domain name?
  Your Domain Name is your unique identity on the web. Just as your house or office has an address, so does your website. Your domain name acts as your address in the World Wide Web (e.g. www.yourdomain.com). It has to be registered to be valid and usable on the Internet.
   
  Can I change my domain name?
  After your domain name have been registered and approved, you may not change your domain name. However, you may purchase another domain name from www.webhosting.com.my for only RM 55.
   
  I've seen domain names ending with two-letter combinations, like .my. What are the rules for registering in these domains?
  Ximplify comes with a .com domain name which is an international domain name. .com.my is a Malaysian domain name which is open to only registered companies in Malaysia. It cannot be purchased for individual use.
   
  Can someone else register the same domain name as mine?
  A domain name your unique identity on the web just like your home address. Therefore, no other people can register the same domain name as the domain name you have registered.
   
  I already have an existing domain name. Can I transfer it over to Ximplify?
  Yes you may. This can be done when you are registering your account where there will be a function which allows you to transfer your existing domain name.
 
   
 
  What is the difference between Ximplify’s personalised e-mail and a normal e-mail I have?
  Ximplify offers you your very own e-mail account. For example your personalized e-mail can be [email protected] Unlike free e-mails that thousands of other people are using (e.g [email protected]), yours will be unique.
   
  How many e-mail addresses can I create with Ximplify?
  You can only create one e-mail address.
   
  How much space is allocated for the Ximplify e-mail account?
  Ximplify e-mail comes with 1GB of e-mail space.

A blog is like an online diary. This can be about and be used for anything at all, it can be used for news, reviews, products etc for a business, organisation etc. This is great way to stay in touch with new and up to date information.

A blog is information that is instantly published to a website. Blog scripting allows someone to automatically post information to a website. The information first goes to a blogger website. Then the information is automatically inserted into a template tailored for your website.

A blog is a publication of personal thoughts, experiences, and web links. It is updated frequently and is usually a mixture of what is happening in a person's life and what is happening on the web or in the media.

   
  Can my blog be private?
  Yes it can be private. Ximplify blog comes with features where you will be able to set your account to allow only you, only your friends or anyone to see.
   
  Can viewers leave a comment on my blog?
  Yes they can. You can also set your blog to allow or not allow comments on your blog.
   
  Can I customise my blog?
 
Yes you can customise your blog. You may apply your own pictures and background according to your own liking. Include or take out features that you want in your blog and arrange them accordingly.
 
   
   
  How many pictures can I keep in Ximplify photo album?
  You can store approximately 10, 000 pictures into your photo album. (This is subject to avaliable storage space as the space is shared between your blog, photo, video, music & file contents.)

  Can I send my pictures to friends?
  Yes you may send pictures to your friends regardless of whether they are Ximplify users or not. The recipient will receive your pictures through a link so there is no downloading needed in order to view it.
   
  Can I upload a few pictures at once?
  Yes you can. You may select a few files at a time or a folder and upload your files using the drag and drop function.
 
   
   
  What is the limit of the video size that can be uploaded?
  You may upload a maximum of 50MB per video and maximum of 5 videos at one time.
   
  How many videos can I upload into my account?
  You may upload approximately 100 videos (50 MB each) into your Ximplify account. (This is subject to avaliable storage space as the space is shared between your blog, photo, video, music & file contents.)
   
  Can I share my videos with my friends?
  Yes you may share videos with anyone regardless on whether they are Ximplify users or not. Click here to view steps on how to share video.
   
   
   
  What is the limit of the music file size that can be uploaded?
  You may upload a maximum of 25MB per music file at one time.

  What is a virtual thumb drive?
  A virtual thumb drive is like your physical thumb drive. The only difference is that Ximplify’s virtual thumb drive is non-physical. Therefore, you wouldn’t risk loosing it. Your files will be stored in the internet and you may access your files from anywhere and anytime.
 
  What is the size of Ximplify’s virtual thumb drive?
  Ximplify’s virtual thumb drive comes with 5GB of space. This is a cheaper and more convenient way to store your files compared to a thumb drive. Cost less and bigger space. You may upgrade your space at any time you need more space.
   
  Can I access my files from anywhere?
  Yes you may access your files from anywhere around the world. All you need is your computer and internet access.
   
  Can I upload many files all at once?

  Can downloads be interrupted and resumed later?
  No, downloads cannot be interrupted. If download is interrupted, you may have to download your file again.
   
  Can uploads be interrupted and resumed later?
  If your uploads is interrupted, it can still be resumed as long as the page remains open.
 
   
   
  How many sms can I send at one time?
  There is no limit to how many SMS you can send at one time as long as you still have available credits.

  How quickly can I get credits on my account and start sending text messages?
  Upon purchasing Ximplify, you are given a complimentary of 10 SMS credits which is equivalent to 10 SMS. As soon as you made your payment, credits will be automatically credited into your account.
   
  What are the charges like?
  Every SMS cost only RM 0.15 for each SMS sent.

  Upon purchasing Ximplify, scratch off the silver coating on Ximplify Welcome Card to reveal the 16-digit PIN Number and 8-digit Verification ID.

Register your Ximplify account at https://ximplify.emerge.com.my/register

Once you have activated your account, you can immediately start creating your entries. On the other hand, domain name registration will take 1 working day for activation.

  How do I know when my account expires?
  One month before your account expires, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your account is expiring. You would then need to make your payment accordingly to renew your account. If you choose not to renew your account, your domain name will be open to the public to purchase.
